Product donations are critical for K.I.D.S to provide much needed support to the children who are affected by severe economic hardship and natural disaster. In addition to addressing catastrophes, children suffering from abuse, neglect and illness need to know that someone cares as well.
In 2008, K.I.D.S has distributed more than $62 million worth of new products to children and families nationwide. The breakdown of donations by product type is 66% clothes, 14% toys, 9% books, 7% shoes and 5% juvenile product.
