The K.I.D.S. Young Leadership Board (YLB) was formed in 2008 by a group of young professionals committed to promoting the organization's mission. The YLB merges the creativity and expertise of its members to further K.I.D.S.’ outreach via social events, volunteer programs and fundraising.

Programs
The K.I.D.S. YLB spearheads a variety of programs that range from fundraising events to interacting with children at K.I.D.S. agency partners. The goal of these activities is not only to increase the visibility of K.I.D.S., but also to provide opportunities for young professionals to give back to their communities in a meaningful way.
